Question : SETTING UP OF GATES

(a) whether the Iron Gates are being set up almost at every street and service lanes in the colonies of MCD/DDA which bars the bonafide traffic and public entry on the roads without any permission from the MCD/DDA etc;

(b) if so, the details in this regard; and

(c) the action taken/proposed to be taken by the Government in this regard?

(a)to(c): Entry gates can be set up with the approval of the local bodies & traffic police. In cases where are objected to and are without approval, then who have installed them are asked to remove them.
