Question : Regulation of Real Estate Sector

Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:

(a) whether two separate Acts for regulating the real estate sector i.e. one enacted by the Centre and the other by State Government can coexist;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Ministry has sought legal opinion in this regard; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
