(a) the status of implementation of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) in the country particularly in the State of Maharashtra;
(b) the details of the programmes being undertaken under the said Yojana and achievements therefrom during the last three years; and
(c) the funds released/utilized under the said Yojana to the State of Maharashtra during the last three years and the current year, programme-wise?

(a): An amount of Rs. 19438.09 crore has been released for implementation of Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) during last three years (2013-14 to 2015-16) including Rs.2339.78 crore released to State Government of Maharashtra.
(b)&(c): Sector-wise projects approved by the states under the scheme during the last three years is given at annexure-I. The state-wise allocation, release and utilization of funds reported by the states, including State Government of Maharashtra, for implementation of projects under the scheme during the last three years and the current year, is given at annexure-II. The projects for implementation under RKVY are approved and implemented by the concerned state governments as per their needs and priorities.
