STATEMENT REFERRED TO IN REPLY TO LOK SABHA STARRED QUESTION NO. 242 REGARDING COMPLAINTS OF CORRUPTION RAISED BY SHRI SUNIL KUMAR MONDAL, HON’BLE MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT FOR REPLY ON 10.07.2019
(a) to (e) Ministry of Mines has received complaints related to irregularities in approvals of statutory clearances/approvals, enforcement of provisions of MMDR Act & Rules, inspection of mines etc. In total 206 complaints of this nature were received in the last four years and necessary actions have been initiated on them. The details thereof is given at Annexure.
