(a) whether the Government is aware that the management of the public schools of Delhi and all over the country is openly demanding the heavy donations for admission in Nursery classes;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto; and
(c) the steps taken/being taken to curb this menace?

(a) & (b) Government of NCT of Delhi has informed that no such incident has come
to their notice.
(c) Action is being taken by Government of NCT of Delhi as per the provisions of
Delhi Education Act and Rules if any complaint is received. Similarly, concerned
State Governments may take necessary action as per the relevant provisions.
