(a) whether the Government is proposing a new toll policy in relation to the toll amount being collected from the users of National Highways in the country and if so, the details thereof;
(b) the time by which it is likely to be implemented;
(c) the extent to which the new policy would reduce the congestion in the Toll Plazas;
(d) whether any proposal is also under consideration on payment of toll on the highways on the basis of distance travelled; and
(e) if so, the details thereof?
