(a) the countries with which India had signed strategic partnership agreements during 2014-15;
(b) the reasons for signing these agreements; and
(c) the list of countries with which India has signed agreements since April 2015 and the objective behind these?

(a) India has not signed any Strategic Partnership Agreement during 2014-15.

(b) Does not arise.

(c) India has signed various other agreements with the following countries since April 2015 with the objective of strengthening bilateral relations: Bangladesh, Canada, China, France, Germany, Guatemala, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritius, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Tanzania, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.
