(a): Maternal Health, Adolescent Health, Child Health and Immunisation including family planning are components of Reproductive and Child Health Programme (RCH) under National Health Mission. The details of RCH programme including funds allocation is annexed.
(b) & (c):
(i) The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is getting technical support from WHO, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Department for International Develo- pment(DFID), United Nations International Children Emergency Fund (Unicef), Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), Norway-India Partnership Initiative (NIPI) and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for implementation of Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A) initiative for achievement of the MDGs and 12th Five Year Plan goals. 184 High priority Districts across 29 states were identified for focused and integ- rated planning and monitoring of RMNCH+A interventions. The nature of above assistance has been technical, under the technical assistance mechanism, the expenditure is directly made by the funding agencies.
(ii) Kreditanstalt fiir Wiederaufbau (KFW); vide agreement dated 16.11.2012 - line item XIV-XVI has agreed to provide Financial support of EURO 52 million for Pulse Polio immuni- zation programme. Financial assistance of EURO 23.15 million has already been provided for Cold Chain equipment and reimbursement of Operational cost of Pulse Polio during 2014-15.
(iii) The Global Alliance for Vaccine and Immunization (GAVI) is also supporting material assistance (non-fmancial) (Pentavalent vaccine) under Routine Immunization programme till December 2015.
