(a) whether the Government has formulated any plan to include the enumeration of social and economic resources in the census 2021;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the steps being taken by the Government for factual enumeration of social and economic resources for determining the poverty line?

(a) to (c): In Census 2021, data are to be collected on various socio- economic parameters like education, SC/ST, religion, language, marriage, fertility, disability, occupation and industry. Poverty line is not determined in Census.
