(a) the details of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows received into manufacturing, services and primary sectors respectively, in each of the years from 2000 to 2019;
(b) whether the FDI inflows in the primary and manufacturing sectors are low as compared to the services sector and if so, the reasons therefor; and
(c) the details of FDI inflow into the manufacturing sector in the States of Gujarat and Bihar?

(a)&(b): The details of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows received into manufacturing, services and primary sectors are not centrally maintained. However, the sector-wise details of FDI received through equity inflow in the country in each of the financial years from April, 2000 to December, 2019 of the sectors classified in FDI Database maintained by this department is at Annexure-I.
(c): The state-wise details of FDI inflow into the manufacturing sector are not centrally maintained. However, the state-wise details of FDI received through equity inflow are maintained w.e.f. October, 2019 by this department. Accordingly, the details of FDI Equity inflow received in the States of Gujarat and Bihar from October, 2019 to December, 2019 is at Annexure-II.
