(a) whether the Government proposes to conduct National Eligibility cum Entrance Test twice a year;
(b) whether the Government has received any memorandum in this regard;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the decision likely to be taken by the Government in this regard along with the details thereof?

(a): National Testing Agency (NTA) under the Ministry of Education conducts Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate programme in medical sciences, in consultation with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. In 2021, the NEET (UG) will be conducted by NTA only one time.
(b) to (d): NTA has informed that they have not received any memorandum in this regard.
