MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS (SHRI HARISH RAWAT)

(a) to (d): Yes, Madam. A proposal for establishment of Terminal Market Complex (TMC) at Sambalpur was received from State Government of Odisha during 2009-10 which was approved in-principle by Executive Committee of National Horticulture Mission (NHM). However, State Government could not complete the formalities for short listing of private entrepreneur through global tender process for establishment of the Terminal Market Complex.
