(a) the number of registered cases of online child pornography and child sexual exploitation content under the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights during the last three years, year-wise;
(b) the recommendations made by National Commission for Protection of Child Rights so far to tackle child pornography; and
(c) whether any report has been prepared by National Commission for Protection of Child Rights regarding this and if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (c) The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has received 56 complaints/cases of online child sexual exploitation content during the last three years and the current year (2019-20). The State / UT-wise details is at Annexure-I.
Besides, the Commission also inquired to check availability of child pornography material and found 31 such websites containing child pornography material. After taking suo-motu cognizance, NCPCR got registered these 31 cases on Cyber Crime Portal of MHA for necessary action at their end.
