(a) whether the Government in planning for specific policies/schemes for development of Khajuraho, Charkhari, Orcha, Kalinjar and Mahoba in Bundelkhand in tourism point of view;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the existing efforts being made by the Government in this regard?

(a) to (c): The Ministry of Tourism under the Swadesh Darshan Scheme - Integrated Development of Theme- Based Tourism Circuits provides central financial assistance to State Governments/ Union Territory Administrations for development of tourism infrastructure in the country for the projects identified in consultation with them, subject to submission of project proposals, their adherence to relevant scheme guidelines, submission of suitable detailed project reports, availability of funds and utilization of funds released earlier.
The Ministry has sanctioned following projects for development of Bundelkhand Region under the above scheme:
