Question : Centrally Sponsored Health Programmes

Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) the details of ongoing centrally sponsored health Schemes in the country at present, scheme-wise;
(b) the details of funds sanctioned to the State/UTs including the Bihar under the centrally sponsored schemes during the last three years, year and Statewise;
(c) whether the funds are also being allocated to various Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) under the centrally sponsored schemes;
(d) if so, the details indicating the names and registration number of such NGOs in the State of Bihar including the amount of funds released to them during the last three years;
(e) whether the cases of fraud in the works entrusted to these NGOs have come to notice; and
(f) if so, the details thereof and the steps taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) & (b): The following Centrally sponsored schemes are being implemented by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare :
(i) Establishment of New Medical Colleges
(ii) Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY)
(iii) National Program of Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, CVDs and Stroke (NPCDCS)
(iv) National Health Mission (NHM)
(v) National Vector Borne Diseases Control Programme (NVBDCP)
Details of funds released, States/UTs/Scheme-wise, including Bihar during the last three year is placed at Annexure

(c) to (f): No funds have been allocated/released to any Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) during the past three years including the current year under the above mentioned schemes.
