(a) whether Kundali-Manesar-Palwal Express Highway at Gurgaon-Alwar-Jaipur
Highway could not be completed even after lapse of three years after target date;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the reasons therefor;
(c) the year-wise progress of construction work in this regard;
(d) whether sub-standard materials are being used on this road and the stretches with
higher cost are being left without any construction work and over/under-bridges are also
being left without any work on them;
(e) if so, the correct and up-to-date position in this regard; and
(f) the details of steps taken/proposed to be taken to complete this project at the earliest?
