Question : Complaints received by NCSTs

(a) Whether the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCSTs) has received several complaints regarding job, land atrocity, education etc. during the last three years and the current year;
(b) If so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise including West Bengal and year-wise; and
(c) the steps taken/being taken by the Government for timely disposal of complaints received?

(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. A statement on the complaints received by the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes (NCST) is annexed.

(c): All the representations received in the Commission have been dealt with within a time frame, as per rules and procedure of the NCST.
