Question : MSDP

(a) total amount of funds allocated to various States under Multi-Sectoral Development Programme (MSDP) by the Ministry during the last three years;
(b) the total funds utilized by the concerned States during the period;
(c) the funds allocated to Jammu and Kashmir State under the programme with details of the programmes approved for implementation, block/town-wise; and
(d) the number of proposals received from the State Government of Jammu and Kashmir for approval during the current financial year with details of the schemes so received with States?

(a) & (b). The details of the funds allocated/released by the Ministry to States/UTs and utilization reported by the States/UT under the Multi-sectoral Development Programme(MsDP) is enclosed at Annexure-I.

(c) & (d). Details of the plans approved and funds allocated under the MsDP for Minority Concentration District/Minority Concentration Blocks in the State of Jammu & Kashmir is available on the website of the Ministry i.e. http://www.minorityaffairs.gov.in/schemesperformance/multi-sectoral-development-programme. During 2017-18, no viable block plan has been received from the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
