(a) whether the Railways have received any request from the State Government of Rajasthan for the sanctioning of funds for pending and new railway projects in the state included in the Eleventh Five Year Plan;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the action by the Railways thereon?

(a) to (c): Chief Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan had requested for allocation of
funds to the ongoing projects. The funds are being allocated as per the availability
of resources keeping in view the progress of projects. During 2009-10, an outlay of
Rs.777.44 crore has been provided for the ongoing projects falling fully/partly in
the State of Rajasthan.
