(a) the names of persons appointed as Chairmen and Directors of Public
Sector Undertakings (PSUs), during the last three years including the current year;
(b) the names out of these, against whom Central Vigilance Commission
(CVC) had recommended either not to appoint them or initiate action against
them; and
(c) the reasons for their appointment despite adverse CVC remarks?

2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011 upto 13.12.2011 is annexed.

(c) In view of reply to (b) above, the question does not arise.
