(a) the details of those officers/ employees of the State Government of Chhattisgarh against whom complaints have been received by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI);
(b) the details of those officers/ employees in whose offices/complexes raids have been conducted by CBI on the basis of complaints; and
(c) the details of those officers/ employees against whom investigation has been conducted and chargesheets filed?

(a): CBI has not received any complaint against officers/employees of the State Govt. of Chhattisgarh during the last three years i.e. 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015(upto 31.01.2015) as per available records.
(b): In view of reply to part (a) above question does not arise.
(c): A Regular case No. RC 5(S)/2014/SCU.V/SC.II has been registered on the direction of Hon’ble High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur against local police officials of State Govt. of Chhattisgarh on 27.11.2014 with allegations of custodial death of a person. The case is under investigation.
