(a) the policy initiatives taken/being taken by the Government in granting/ cancel and revoke the patents of medicine/products;

(a): The Patents Act, 1970, and the Rules therein contain various provisions and procedures relating to grant and revocation of patents. Section 66 of the Patents Act specifically empowers the Central Government to revoke a patent in public interest.
