(a) whether the Government proposes to provide air service to the historical and holy city of
Ajmer;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) if not, the reasons therefor;
(d) whether the Government has decided to develop and expand Kishangarh airstrip to facilitate
landing of small aeroplanes; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and the time by which the said work is likely to be completed?

(a), (b), (c) (d) and (e): Government of Rajasthan has requested to the Airports Authority
of India to develop the existing airstrip at Kishangarh which belongs to the State Government.
A draft MOU in this regard has been sent by the Airports Authority of India to the State
Government and acceptance of the same is awaited.Airlines will be then requested to operate
to Kishangarh.
