(a) & (b) Yes. The External Affairs Minister participated in the SCO Council of Foreign Ministers meeting held in Beijing on 23-24 April, 2018;
(c) The agenda focused on preparations, topics for discussion and outcome documents for the SCO Council of Heads of State Summit held in Qingdao, China on 9-10 June, 2018.
