(a) Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has not received any proposal for protection of Gulf of Kutch under the provisions of Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 from the Government of Gujarat.
(b) & (c) Does not arise in view of (a) above.
