(a) Whether Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has sold CWG Village Flats in Akshardham, New Delhi through e-auction, tendering, Registration of Flats to Public Sector Undertaking/Banks and individuals etc.;
(b) if so, the details of flats sold through different schemes; and
(c) whether some CWG Flats have also been sold to Members of Parliament under the scheme of Registration and if so, the details thereof?

(a) Delhi Development Authority (DDA) sold/ disposed off CWG Village flats in Akshardham, New Delhi through the mode of direct allotment and first come first serve basis to Central Government Departments, Banks, Public Sector Undertakings, etc., while the mode of tendering/ e-auction was adopted to sell flats to individuals/ companies/ firms.
(b) Details of flats sold through different schemes/ modes are as under:
