Question : ALLOTMENT OF FLATS

to the reply given to Unstarred Question No. 7670 on 16.05.2000 and state:

(a) whether it is a fact that not a single flat has been allotted to any applicant till 31st July, 2000 and even the final instalment for the flats has not been called from the applicants;

(b) if so, the factual position in this regard;

(c) the time by which the final instalment is likely to be called from the successful applicants; and

(d) the time by which the flats are likely to be allotted to them ?

(a)to(d): The DDA have reported that 200 fats were allotted to the live allocatees of the Scheme through the computerised draw held on 24.12.1999. The fifth and final demand letters are likely to be issued by the DDA within a month.
