(a) whether the Union Government proposes to provide additional capital assistance/package to PSUs in the State of Rajasthan, especially in the copper mining areas of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) in Khetri;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether any steps are being taken by the Government to improve the condition of PSUs in the State of Rajasthan including Alwar; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d): Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is only CPSE Company under the Ministry of Mines engaged in mining in the State of Rajasthan. One Unit of HCL “Khetri Copper Complex” is situated at Khetri in Jhunjhunu District of Rajasthan which is operational. HCL is a profit making Company. There is no such proposal in the Ministry of Mines to provide additional capital assistance/package to HCL.
