Question : PANCHAYAT ELECTIONS

(a) whether in some States panchayat elections, have not been held for the last several decades;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether Centre is making any efforts to see that panchayat elections could be conducted in these States; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
