(a) & (b): There is no specific information about rampant sale of Government land in the
name of industrialization in the States. So far as Gujarat is concerned, allotment of
Government Land in the State is made as per the provisions of Bombay Land Revenue Code,
Bombay Land Revenue Rules and Government Resolutions thereof.
