Question : Impact of Demonetization on Realty Sector

Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:

(a) whether it is a fact that demonetization has helped in bringing down the realty price by 5-10%;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether new launches of projects since January 2018 has decreased across the country; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
