(a) whether the Government has issued any guidelines in regard to change
of management of cooperative Banks;
(b) if so, the details thereof ;
(c) the number of cases identified by the Government for violating the
guidelines issued by the Government, State-wise;
(d) the number of Banks having same management for the last three years,
State-wise; and
(e) the action taken against such banks ?
