MINISTER OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS (SHRI DHARMENDRA

(a) & (b) : Indian PSUs namely ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL), Indian Oil
Corporation Ltd (IOC), Oil India Ltd.(OIL), and Bharat PetroResources Ltd
(BPRL) have invested in Russia’s oil & gas projects namely Taas Yuryakh,
Vankorneft, License-61, Sakhalin-1 and Imperial Energy. All of them are
producing fields with cumulative investment of US$ 13630.76 million till 31
March 2020.
Nayara Energy (previously known as Essar Oil Limited) has announced during
2019-20 to expand Phase I of its Vadinar refinery in Gujarat with an investment
of about US $ 750 million.
