(a) whether incidents of illegal manufacturing of bombs and explosives have been reported from certain parts of the country and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether as per the report received from Uttar Pradesh Police, money earned through illegal trade of animals is being used to manufacture bombs to be used against the country, if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Union Government has asked the State Government of Uttar Pradesh to take stringent measures in order to put a check on such illegal activities; and
(d) if so, the reaction of the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in this regard?
