(a) the details of the schemes being implemented by the Government for the environment conservation;
(b) whether any subsidy or grant for opening nurseries and encouraging plantation of trees in Rajasthan is being implemented by the Government;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the other steps being taken by the Government for environment conservation?

(a) The Government of India through the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change is implementing various schemes for environment conservation like National Mission for a Green India; Integrated Development of Wildlife Habitats; Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystem; National Plan for Conservation of Aquatic Ecosystems; Biodiversity Conservation; Conservation of Corals and Mangroves; Development and Promotion of Clean Technology and Waste Minimisation Strategies; and National Green Corps Programme. Funds collected towards compensatory levies are also used for various activities aimed at forest and environment conservation.
(b) and (c) A sum of Rs. 1.40 crore and Rs. 1.95 crore has been released as a central share for undertaking implementation of the National Afforestation Programme in Rajasthan in the year 2017-18 and 2018-19 respectively. Besides, Rs.1748.26 crores have been transferred to State Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA) of Rajasthan as share of State Government from National Authority, CAMPA in the year 2019-20 for carrying out various forest and wildlife conservation and development activities including afforestation and raising of nurseries.
(d) Government of India implements several policies/programmes and initiatives for environment conservation like Nagar Van Yojana, National Clean Air Programme (NCAP), Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojna (PMUY), National Solar Mission, Smart Cities Mission, Green Highway Policy, National Green Aviation Policy, National Water Mission, Jal Jeevan Mission, Jal Shakti Abhiyan, Swachh Bharat Mission and National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP).
