(a) to (c): Yes Madam. The National Institute of Public Co-operation and Child
Development (NIPCCD) under the Ministry of Women and Child Development has been
organizing training programmes for police as well as for master trainers managing
the juvenile justice system. A Statement giving details of training programmes
held during the last three years is at Annex.
As for the State of Andhra Pradesh, NIPCCD had organized training programme for
police on 17-19 November, 2008.
