(a) whether the Government has any information regarding disclosing secret informations by retired defence officials of DRDO and Ordnance factories to other countries and private companies / firms;
(b) if so, the details of such cases came into notices of the Government during each of the last three financial years;
(c) the details of the ex-officials found guilty and the action taken against them, case-wise; and
(d) the corrective measures taken by the Government / Ministry to check such cases?
