Question : Inter-State Issues

(a) the number of cases filed in the Apex Court by one State/UT against another State/ UT during the last three years including the cases out of these which are still pending for disposal;

(b) whether the Government has any mechanism to address such inter-State issues so that these are not filed in the court of law; and

(c) if so, the details thereof and if not, the measures taken/being taken by the Government to discourage such litigations?
