(a) whether private detectives working in various mega cities including Delhi are violating the right to privacy of people by obtaining their call details without due permission or in an illegal manner;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has received any complaints about such detectives; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the action taken in this regard?
