(a) whether the preserved and packaged foods are reportedly increasing stomach related diseases particularly in children in the country and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the Government has made any assessment in this regard, if so, the details and the outcome thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto;
(c) the total number of children who have died and fallen sick due to consumption of the packaged food during each of the last three years, State/UT-wise;
(d) the name of the stomach related Ailments / diseases occurring due to consumption of such packaged food; and
(e) the corrective steps taken/proposed to be taken by the Government in this regard?
