(a) whether any scheme is being implemented by the Government
for the development of culture in the rural areas in the country
including Andhra Pradesh;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the people are not getting the desired benefits
from these schemes; and
(d) if so, the measures proposed to be taken by the Government
for effective implementation of these schemes?

(a) & (b): Ministry of Culture implements several schemes for the
development of culture all over the country including Andhra Pradesh.
Financial assistance/grants are provided to institutions, individuals,
NGOs, and Government aided cultural organizations, who fulfil the
criteria prescribed under the respective Schemes. The names of
ongoing Schemes are given in the annexure.
(c) & (d): The Schemes are well-received by various organizations
responsible for their implementation. There is no significant negative
feedback in this regard.
