(a) whether a high level committee under the chairmanship of Dr. R.A. Mashelkar has been constituted which reviews periodically the new technologies for minimum use of water in public toilets; and
(b) if so, the details of the achievements made to promote new innovative technologies in this regard?

(a) to (b) The Expert Committee under the chairmanship of Dr R.A. Mashelkar has been constituted to suggest new innovative technologies in Sanitation. The committee have accredited 10 innovative technologies in Sanitation as under:-
