(a) to (c): Since observations made by the Ministry of Law and Justice about the basic structure of the Nyaya Panchayat Bill could not be resolved and State Governments also expressed reluctance to fund the Nyaya Panchayats, it has been decided not to pursue the draft Nyaya Panchayat Bill.
