Question : Land Pooling

(a) whether the Government has made mendments/proposed new changes to make land pooling mandatory and the changes are aimed at overcoming hurdles faced in execution of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) scheme ; and

(b) if so, the details and the present status thereof and the details of views of various stakeholders taken into consideration in this regard ?

(a) & (b) DDA after consultation with various stakeholders, has submitted a proposal to Government, which includes mandatory land pooling to facilitate smooth implementation of land pooling policy in Delhi.
