(a) the number of proposals submitted by the Government of West Bengal for the development of forests and environment;

(b) whether all of these proposals have been approved;

(c) If so, the details thereof; and

(d) if not, the time by which they are likely to be cleared?

(a) A total of 40 proposals have been received form the Government of West Bengal during 2006-07.
