Question : Utilisation of Funds for IT

Will the Minister of Communications and Information Technology be pleased to state:

(a) the funds allocated by the Government for various centrally sponsored schemes, State-wise;

(b) whether the Government has any mechanism to monitor the utilization of the funds allocated to States;

(c) if so, the details thereof;

(d) whether the funds are under- utilised or mis-utilised by some States; and

(e) if so, the details thereof and the action taken by the Government in this regard?

(a): Department of Electronics and Information Technology has not allocated any fund for centrally sponsored scheme in the current financial year, 2015-16.
