(a) whether any instances of passing on free air tickets by certain employees of Air India/Indian Airlines issued to them under Family Fare Scheme to some travel agents for sale at commercial rates have come to the notice of the Government during the last three years and the current year;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has ordered an inquiry into such cases and if so, the details and the findings thereof; and
(d) the action taken or proposed to be taken against the employees/travel agents found guilty in these cases?
