(a), (b) & (c) Yes, Sir. Necessary action has already been initiated to evolve a comprehensive policy at the earliest which also envisages fiscal incentives for attracting investment from the private sector and their participation in development of the IWT Sector. No time limit for taking a final decision in this regard could be stipulated.
