(a) & (b): As per extant Scheme framed by Ministry of Railways, recipients of Arjun Award,
Olympic Medalists, Gold Medalists of the Asian Games and Commonwealth Games or
Dronacharya Award winners are given complimentary card passes for free travel/journey on
Indian Railways

(d) & (e): No, Sir. It has not been found feasible to enlarge the scope of existing scheme
to include recipients of Tenzing Norgay National Adventure Award on account of financial
and other considerations.
