(a) Whether the Government has provided financial assistance to other countries;
(b) if so, the details thereof during the last three years and current year, year-wise, country-wise;
(c) whether the Government has issued any instructions or terms for spending the said financial assistance; and;
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) and (b): Yes, Sir. The details of financial assistance in nature of grant provided by Government
to various countries/regions during the last three years including the current year is at Annex-I.
(c) and (d): On the request of foreign country, financial assistance is given depending upon the nature
of bilateral relations. It is released as per the extant guidelines of Ministry of Finance.
